Baked Pumpkin Seeds
You need:
- 1 and 1/2 cups of raw whole pumpkin seeds
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons of butter (I usually end up using more...the more butter you use, the less dry the seeds will be!)
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
- Strain off the fresh seeds to get rid of all of the pumpkin goop!
- Toss seeds in a bowl with melted butter and salt.
- Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet (spray sheet with canola oil first) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally
- Enjoy! :-)
